ginisang dilis, anyone?


this receipe is for those who appreciates dilis!



Ingredients:
Tomatoes (for me, the more, the tastier)
Onions
Garlic
Anchovies (dilis) i prefer the small, thin types
Your favorite seasoning
Cooking Oil
Patis (fish sauce) notes: measurement will depend on how much dilis you have, mine is usually just 1 tsp

i like the small ones, they're easier to eat

Steps:
1. Saute garlic, then onions then tomatoes
2. Add the dilis. Saute until it looks cooked (usually when it turned soft).
3. Serve with freshly cooked rice.
