Description:
i love seafood..
and this is one quick, easy and healthy dish
Ingredients:
1. a slice of salmon - i usually buy those 4-inch long slices
2. kikkoman teriyaki baste & glaze - now, take note...it's not ur ordinary teriyaki sauce it has to be "baste & glaze" (http://www.asianfoodgrocer.com/img/prods/aaa/5/06903.jpg)....
3. veggies - i like brocs & carrots so it's up to you which veggies you want
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. put your salmon on a baking tray but first put an aluminum foil on top of the baking tray to make it easier to clean
3. bake for 10 minutes
4. after 10 minutes take the salmon out from the oven and take the salmon's skin off
5. pour in the teriyaki glaze
6. put it back in the oven and bake for another 20 minutes
meanwhile, prepare your veggies:
1. normally i would boil it a bit & put some salt in the water
2. then i would shock the veggies by pouring very cold water on it...this would give your veggies a very vibrant color...i got this tip from marie and from food network
3. after which i would saute the veggies with some butter and pepper....
that's it! enjoy!
